I absolutely love this cookbook. It is so down to earth and well written. The photography is also brilliant. Ms Kreiger gives you all the tools you need for healthy eating. She doesn't push the fat free craze-we all know that chemical crap isn't good for you. Every recipe I have tried has been delicious. This book has encouraged me to do a Julie and Julia type thing!! I am cooking my way thru this book, and cooking my way to better health. Thanks Ellie Kreiger!!
